Timetable for the day/evening

1. Assemble in the reserved marquee, which will be your base for the day/evening
2. Introduction to your ‘Maze Host’ for the day/evening
3. Welcome and explanation of the team games:
   • (Options)
   • Maize Maze Mystery (1 hour activity)
   • Frizbee Golf (1 hour activity)
   • Exercise Maze (20 minute activity)
   • Pedal Go–Karts (Grass or Indoor; 30 minute activity)
   • Rope Maze (10 minute activity)
   • Six–minute Mazes (depends how clever your team is)!

4. Allocation of teams
5. Commencement of Team Events....
6. Meet in the marquee in order to review team progress (via the scoreboard), and for refreshments
   • (To include:) Light refreshments: i.e. Great Dorset Cream Tea
7. Continuation of Team Events....
8. BBQ; Choice of, gold, silver or bronze.

"TEAM MENU"

Food options are as follows;

• GOLD: Full animal roast – (lamb – minimum 80 people, pig – minimum 100 people) OR Half animal roast (lamb – minimum 40 people, pig – minimum 50 people)
• SILVER: Hot rotisserie chicken, bbq pork, lamb, burgers and sausages
• BRONZE: Food from the regular ‘food factory’ menu, i.e. chicken royale, home grown hot dogs and burgers, and various cakes

You are very welcome to bring your own Alcoholic beverages with you, although a small corkage fee will be charged.
